F22b w/H23 ecu

I recently swapped out my H23 for a JDM spec F22B, i kept the ECU from the H23, sometimes it seems my rev limter will hit prematurely, at 4,000 or 5,000 RPMs. I was just wondering if anyone knew if it really is the ECU and if so, where i can find an F22B ECU to replace it with

MIL? I don't understand, the check engine and 4WS lights come on b/c the speed sensor went out, but no other lights are on, i am just worried it might be causing some damage to the engine

uh, don't know how, when i swapped the engine, the guys who installed it said the speed sensor when out during the test drive and the check engine light and 4WS light. Since the engine was installed, it has been doing some strange things, the main 2 things is high idle and erractically kicking in the REV limiter
