F22B Swap with idle problems

I swapped a f22b DOHC non-vtec to a 92 prelude S. It came from a 93 Prelude SI. The swap went well with no problems until I fired it up. It has the idle problem like most swaps but can't find any good suggestions on how to fix it. It idles around 800rps when not moving. When it's moving you can hear it idle a bit high, then if I put it into neutral while rolling, it idles at 2000-2500rpms until i come to a complete stop then the idle drops back down. I swapped the ECU along with the motor and used the wire harness the engine had on it.

Another problem i'm having is the speedo and tach does not work at all. Since the engine light is on, comes on about 2-4 mintues after i start the car, I assumed that maybe the speed sensor may be going bad or is bad. The thing is, the gauges worked fine when it was in the other car and did not have the idle problem it is having now.

Can't find anyone to check my engine light for a code. I'm really stumped and getting frustrated. Please, if anyone has suggestions or solutions it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you still running the same wiring harness and ecu from the sohc motor? If so getting the right ones will probably fix your problems.

check your o2 sensor, and make sure you're running the right ecu. f22b runs p39 stock, which are a hard find. p06 chipped with the right mapping would work

i just finished my jdm f22b swap, my idle was jumping, my issue was a vacuum leak on the Cruise Control, since i deleted it, i forgot to plug the vacuum hose. fixed the problem immediately. no CEL light, check the Vacuum hoses, use a helms manual for the diagram to see if you have everything in the right places.
