f22b please help me

i have a jdm f22b Dohc and today i took off the spark plug and on the 4th sparkplug it was all dirty on the tube that goes down to the spark plug so i took off the valve cover and replaced that little gasket and i see that some off the oil on top was white (when i drained the oil it was brown) do you think that could be anti freeze mixed with the oil then i was looking and i seen that there was a little rust on the top of the cam lobe for the 4th cylinder is this good or bad and should i take the cams out of the h23 they have no rust and put them in there??
also on my f22b there are 8 loose bolt under the valve cover i think the adjust the valves they have a flat head on top and have a nut on it how do i adjust them and when i looked on my h23 there was like 12 loose ones

first, dont tighten the nuts that look loose, they need to be adjusted in order to the piston on each cylinder on top. for example put cylinder 1 on top firing order and adjust the valves on that cylinder, then rotate the engine couter clock wise, to put cylinder 2 on top and adjust those valves, and then cylinder 3, and finally #4, i belive u need to have a clearance of .009 to .011 in the intake and .011 to .013 in the exhaust.
just dont forget to always rotate courter clock wise
