F22a1 in a 92 prelude si - Honda Prelude Forum

i got a 92 prelude si with a blown h23a1 i put a f22a1 motor back in and now it don't get fuel or spark i was told the h23 engine harness would not work on the f22 engine and i think the ecu is not getting any power to it

It should work just fine, you'll just have an extra plug for the knock sensor that the F22a1 will not have. Are you using the H23a1 distributor or the F22a1? Are you running the correct ECU? There shouldn't be any reason for you to suddenly not get fuel after a swap.

iam using a distributor from a 93 accord and i tried the h23 ecu it want get no gas or spark i used a p0a ecu which i think is from the 94-95 accord still the same and i also used 90-93 accord ecu with no luck

i am using the coil from the h23 motor do i need the from a 92-93 accord
