f22 to h23?

I am wanting to change my f22 block and head to a h23 block and head. Is this possible and is it as simple as changing it out or do I need to change my transmission, ecu, etc. Thanks for any help

so u wannt swap the whole motor? Cuz if u do, it'd be easier that way.... and would make more sense. There's so many people on here trying to buy h22's and trying to sell their h23's, that u shouldnt have a problem finding one complete with tranny, ecu, etc
