Really basic procudure as long as you know what the EGR is. It is on the passenger side of the motor, attached to the intake manifold right before it goes into the head and has one electrical connector and a vacuum line going to it. It is held on by (2) 12mm nuts. Basically just unplug the vacuum line from it, unplug the electrical connector, and unbolt the nuts. Buy some cheap carb cleaner and clean the bottom with it.
Or you could just do the EGR block which is just putting a metal plate between the intake manifold and the EGR so that it cant function.
