f22 change to h23

i have a 1993 honda prelude type S with a f22. i have a nitrous kit with it as well. its a ZEX kit and i was just wondering if changing it to a h23 would b a good idea or not

The F is only really good if it's boosted, car is too heavy to make it move well all motor. You also need to specify which H23 your talking about because there are both vtec and non-vtec versions, I definitely wouldn't swap the non-vtec in, not much better.

well i ment the h23 v-tech. i know this junkyard and the guy that works thier and he has a autmatic h23 v-tech prelude and i was thinking of doin the swap. and ya ive heard is good for turbo but i dont want to change my headers bc i have DC sport and dont want them to go 2 waist
