As far as I know, the only difference will be the cat. converter flange. I got a vtec cat-back for my Si and all I had to do was remove the cat. converter heat shield, trim the gasket a bit, put the cat-back on, and then reattach the cat. converter heat shield.
What's odd, is that my friend has the same exhaust I do, but he has a 94 (I have a 93) and his was a direct bolt up. No trimming or heat shield removal required.

prolly not the high quality. you get what you pay for. plus to each their own.
but the difference between H23 and H22 exhuast is the cat. the bolts pattern for the h22 cat is larger. but the h23 header and h22 header part that connects to the cat are the same. so by buying a h22 cat you can use a h22 exhuast on a h23.
f22 on the other hand, i dont believe have the same measurements as either one. i could be wrong and probably am. but i would find out before buying it.

So you have compared both ebay and name brand. I doubt it. But its nice to act like you have haha.
For example..
I just purchased my intercooler kit on ebay for 225 shipped.
Got it last week.
Went it like a dream.
Everyone comments on how its one of the nicest intercooler setups they have ever seen.
The welds are perfect.
Its amazing.

i rather see proof of it being "phat". show my the dyno gains stating it is better than name brand.
core charge: charge after compression, even more charge can be delivered, increasing power.

It is funny everyone is brainwashed.
Be my guest. Pay 600+ dollars for an intercooler setup when you can get one for half the price and it will work just as good.
Same with intakes, exhaust, headers, pulleys...show me proof that im not right..oh wow maybe a 1 hp difference ...

Yes i do. It cools the air coming from the turbo making it denser. Thus lowering the intake temps entering the motor.
All im saying is..im not stupid to pay 600$ for something you can get for half the price and have it do the same thing.

well along the lines of products.
i used to have a megan header, good looking header and thats about it. but only choice for the h23. the bracket ripped off and tore a big hole in the top. My current greddy header has it mounted and hasn't broke.
so there are some exceptions to where brand-name is actually worse / not much difference. but in most cases, ppl will buy what works.
