exhaust cut out

I want to put this exhaust cut out behind my cat. that you see in the jcwhitney catalog. I saw someone a while ago talking about one they had put on their that was electric, but I havnt been able to find it anywhere. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get that electric one, cuz i would perfer that over the one with the cable.
by the way i searched, but i dont exactly know what the thing is called.
thanks,
steven.
