Header back? No. Different engines use different exhaust manifolds.
Cat back? Yes, possibly requires modification due to changes in the length.
Oh, and it's VTEC. Not v-tech, vtech, VTECH, V-tec, V-TEC, or any other variety. It's simply VTEC (all caps because it's an acronym).
