erratic idle

I know there have been a few posts about this topic, but my lude idles like its on crack. Sometimes it idles like it should around 750 rpm, but sometimes it will idle as high as 1000+rpm or as low as 200 or 300 rpm. About two or three times it has idled so low that it stalled out, and on a couple of occasions the needle would suddenly jump to around 1500rpm, (after the engine was warm, not during warm up idle). I could be missing something, but all of my vaccuum lines appear to be ok. I did change my coolant not long ago(i've heard that air bubbles in the coolant will cause erratic idle), but it has always idled erratically, even before that. Any ideas?

I had a problem just like that, mabye not as bad, but it was still annoying. I took it into the shop and they said that my throttle body blade was dirty. They cleaned it off and shined it up, now it doesn't fluxuate at all.
