the envious rear right clunk ???

Ok guys I did a search on this before I decided to post so

On my passenger rear side of my car. It makes a clunk clank noise. When going over bumps. I can make it make noise when the car is parked by bouncing the rear end up and down. I think it is coming from my swaybar endlinks? not sure. I have a ST rear bar installed in my car with my stock endlinks. could that be the problem? I also run Tokico Illuminas w/GC coilovers. The coilovers are verrry tight on the shocks and I made sure to check the urathane top hat piece. well I have lived with this noise for awhile now but I finally got sick of it so I'm on the hunt to fix it. If anyone can help me that would make my day.

THanKs GuyS.

If you search yahoo or msn you will find a web site with the fix
It is just two spacer washers that fix it. Very inexpensive. I met
a guy in carlisle PA with a Very clean 4th gen black with 68k on a
93Vtec. He said he used to have another lude that he sold and he said he had his mechanic put in these washers and it was instantly gone. He told me to search but I havent yet

That's funny. I get a creaking sound from that same side of the car. No knock, but a creaking. What do you do then?

I dont'think the noise is comming from the shock. It sounds like it is comming from the swaybar?

could also be your control arms....try spraying some silicone lube up there...or any lube...my control arms are squeeking, and that helps instantly...

but they obviously need replacing

and i know your talkin about a clunk...when i had the clunk, i put some padding/mat under the crossbeam where it connects to your frame, behind the front seats, and bolted it back together... also

installed new shock mount collars...i have no more knock!

i also put some sound absorbant material and that spray foam crap in my wheel well from the inside of the car, behind the seat belt holes...if you know what i'm talkin about...that's what i did!
