Engine Swap/starting problems...Please Help.....

Hey Guys,
I dropped in a JDM H22, and it ran for about 1 month. I then realized that I need to have it rebuilt, so I pulled it back out and had all the work done. Now I finally got around to dropping in the engine again, and I pluged EVERYTHING back in, but it didn't start.
You can see my setup Here I then rechecked EVERYTHING, and tested some things and this is what I found.
At firs tI thought there was no spark. So I tested my ignition, all my wires, and plugs. They all work. The original coil ground might be bad? I don't know how to check that. But I doubt that:-/ What is another way to test the spark plug? I tested it some ghetto way:-/ I need to figure out if the wire is going to ground.
Fuel is fine, unless the injectors aren't opening, but everything is plugged up right so I think they are.
The start sound REALLY slow! It is spinning VERY slow! Think maybe there isn't enough power in the system? Does the Prelude require a tach adapter for the MSD? It worked fine b4 but maybe now it needs it? I am really lost.
I am 99% sure it isn't fuel.
I am 80% sure it isn't spark.
I think it is electric...
Any input would be VERY MUCH appreciated!!
Thanks guys,
Josh

men, the trouble isn't a groung problem??? maybe your ecm lack off ground, check carefully your ground on the thermostat housing and all your groung in the engine bay. the aluminium rust and the contact is wrong. check that

Hey,
Thats what I was thinking, and I checked them all, but it isn't helping
I need to test the ground that the spark plugs use I think it is bad, I know they all work, becuase I grouded them to the engine for my testing, but I bet the ground the ECU uses is messed up, but I don't know how to test it.
Thanks,
Josh

to check the ecm ground, just take a jumper wire. unscrew the ecm ground(near thermostat housing) and ground directly to battery. But i think someting esle... your check engine light, does your light light up on ignition? and the light should come off after 2 seconds, what happen with your light??? email me
