Engine revving upon startup

Whenever I start my car the rpms jump from 2k-3k constantly, kinda as if I was revving the engine. I did get a tune-up done about a week ago and plan on taking the car back if it's something that I cannot resolve on my own. I had the plugs, wires cap and rotor replaced. Anyone have this happen to them or know what it could be? Thanks.

vacuum leak... cheak all your ports in your intake manifold. if it isn't a vacuum problem it's the ideal control valve.

Thanks Mike. Can you tell me what I need to exactly look for? Should I move the plugs/wires. Maybe I should just take it to the shop since I really don't know what I'm doing.

Start the car and jump under the hood to play with/ listen for your vacume lines and any leaks they have. Also ther idle will change.
