hey mate! be a little bit more specific. Does it stall when the car is warmed up? What exactly happens?

srry buddy, it idles very low and when its half of the running temperatre, it tends to just turn off whether im in gear or not. when its correct running temperature its fine, it takes ages to heat up as well,

sounds complicated aye

Unplug the t.p.s on the intake see if it idles up or down start with the simple things first.kinda sounds like a vacuum leak too. Spray some wd40. Or whatever you like around the vacuum lines see if that helpful.

^ what he said, and if that doesnt work, check out your IACV and FIT valves. They might need cleaning. Tighten your FIT valve all the way in. Also clean your throttle body while you are cleaning the valves. There is a ton of info online for these procedures.
