Engine mount ???

OK I am on the reinstallof my T-belt and my side engine mount is off by a little. Its the long bolt that slides through the mount. How can I get it to line up perfectly. I struggled with the stupid thing for two hours last night. I just can't ge tit to the threads on the other side. I am afraid I might have to take the engine side mount back off and maybe that will do it. Ne one know what I could do??

I have been. In order to get the timing belt lower cover and so on off you gotta lower the engine. I think there is two 12mm bolts in the back of the mount that need to be loosened to adjust the mount??? I think that is what I am going to go at after work. I got crower cams and I am dying to get this all buttoned up. we shall see

As above, you can't put a bolt through a hole when it doesn't line up.

So what do you recommend doing. I have been up and down with the floor jack and it will not line up perfectly. I can get the bolt in the one side and I hear it hit the other side on the wall and not the threads.
So you think it is just a matter of it lining up perfectly??? I might just rip it all apart put that on first???

I just used a pry bar and jack. Jack it up to where it looks right, then pry it around till it goes. Took a little while but I got it. Have fun with the crowers, I love em.

It was a little difficult. But I say if your pretty good with mechanics and tools you should be OK. I got everything back in last night and cranked her right up. Now tonight for some diagnostic testing to make sure everything is running correctly then I will go for a test drive.
