Engine light comes on (help)

A few days ago my engine light came on in my car. First i check it out and i got a code 21. Then i reset the ecu. A few minutes later the light came back on again and gave the same code. What is a code 21 and what do i need to check. My car isn't hitting v-tec. I was low on oil so i added some and the engine light still comes on. By the way i have a jdm ecu with a j-spec engine.

well a 21 is a code for your VTEC solenoid. check the wiring and maybe take apart the solenoid and clean the oil screen cuz that can get clogged. get an oil change, maybe your oil level is too low.

thank guys.

Also i when the engine light came on i hit an island with the right side of my car and now my right tire isn't in the center of the wheel well. It's more push backed compart to the other side. So when i hit a bump my tire rubs the fender. Does anyone know what this could be and if it what is cusing my engine light to come on??

so the wheel is pushed toward the rear of the car? sorry man your post was a little incoherent. anyway, i had a problem once where my wheel started rubbing against the back of the fender well. what happened was the tie rod nut broke so the rod was loose, allowing the wheel to rub against the rear of the fender well. if that's your problem you need to remove the plastic rock shield from under the front of the car and check to see if that nut is either loose or missing. you should be able to pick up a new nut at the hardware store.
