ok we still have the h22 motor out of the car havent put it in yet but today we put the crank pulley and belts on the motor.. we wanted to see if the motor would turn and it wouldnt it would only let us turn it about half way to the right and left before the crank pulley would stop turning. what do you think could be causing this problem?? is it not supposed to turn since the motor isnt in the car yet?? please help

Remove the spark plugs and try again, plugs hold the pressure in there, then get out your trusty ratchet and try again

thanks we will try that tommorow i was hopin the motor wasnt locked up or somethin but i will tell you what happens.
