engine code 41 ....need help

i still havent worked all the bugs out of this h22 swap.....now im getting this heated O2 sensor code....i took the o2 out of my 90 accord (obd1 4 wire) and tryed it in my lude...but no luck ..still throwing the code...i then took the prelude o2 and tested it on my accord...worked fine....so i def know its not the o2..

my lude starts up rather hard after it sits, kinda hesitates at low rpms( takes off slow from the start), and pops (backfires) at any shifts above 6000rpms (runnin real rich)

IM really stuck....not sure what to do.....any advice would be GREAT ....i just wanna get her running correctly

Hmm to my knowledge, the odb2 open decks, used saturated injectors while odb1, used peak and hold....

I could be wrong tho...
