Emission Passable??
I juss recieved my JDM H22A type S motor, is it emissions passable in the US? if not is there a way to get it to pass? what do u preluders out there think?

It's passable but everything else will have to be in good working order from what I hear, e.g., clean EGR valve, good cat, etc.

Its not like you have a modded LT1 or anything. If the engine is in proper working order it will pass. When my car was smogged last I think it passes all catagories with less than 10% of what is allowable.

the guy i went to didnt' look at the vin, just the engine block so he knew which engine to test for
