Electrical/Lighting Problem with sidemarkers

Wassup everyone! I have a 4G Lude and had some sidemarkers installed a month ago and they worked fine. But then last night, after I armed my alarm, they blinked but never went off. They usually blink once and thats it. I have the sidemarkers hooked up to the side piece of the front bumper lights, the ones that go on with the parking lights. I have no idea what happened. Both, the parking light and the sidemarker on the driver side are always on now and they don't blink when I signal anymore. I didn't know what to do, so i just took the bulbs out of both of them, for now, hopefully. Help?!

looks like you get to have a fun day of "tracing wires to make sure the wiring is correct". Some wire must have become disconnected, or shorted out. When in doubt take it to your mechanic. Good Luck.

i would think if there was a short they would not work at all. if there is a relay that is used to control them blinking that might have gone out.
