Man my car throws EGRs left and right, I've blocked the EGR off even, with a metal plate, and cleaned it out, and it still gives codes....

Any clues?

Have you followed the step-by-step diagnostics?

Its more than likely a hole in your vacuum hose, I don't know the full details of the system but EGR = Exhaust Gasses Recirculation, to me that suggests that the gasses are metered in some way.

Simply blocking the hose up and stopping the gasses will probably throw the code.
