ECUs and chipping

Doin a swap to H22A but mine came with a Automatic VTEC ECU. Basically what I am asking is can anyone explain to me what the deal is with chipping, if its possible to switch the ECU to a 5-speed, and where is a good place to do this. Also how much. I need answer fast.

The cost that you would spend chipping the ECU that you have, you could just get a P13 Vtec ECU. i would just get a new ECU.

I asked the question because I would not just be switching it to a 5-speed, I was also going to raise the speed limiter, and beable to change VTEC point.
