ECU reader

My motor is having serious issues, I need a code reader for my OBD1 P13 ecu. Where can I get one and how much do they cost.??

No, you don't need a code reader. You need better searching skills.

On almost all Honda's that are OBD2 it's behind the trim under the steering wheel, it should be sticking down slightly enough to see it if you're laying on the drivers floor. Google images of a OBD2 port to see what it looks like, they're universal from car to car.

Alright so I jumped the ecu with the paper clip as the images showed and turned the ignition on. The check engine light came on and stayed on while my abs light flashed 3 times in quick succession then stayed off and my srs light continually flashed. Did I do something wrong or does that actually mean something?? Iv never done this before so I honestly have no idea what it means, I was under the impression the check engine light was to flash revieling the codes.

Sounds like you did something wrong. Try using something other than a paper clip.
