ECU question
I know this is probably a retarded question, but I've tried everything to make sure my p13 obd1 ecu is wired right, so how can I tell whether this is really a 5 speed ECU or not. I'm assuming it would say somewhere but I'm not sure.

on the ecu itself it has a code under a barcode on the side. it should look like...

37820 - p13 - Jx0

the place where the J is can be different but the spot with the X is what youre looking for. if there is a 5 there, its an auto ecu.

right?
