ECU Location

This is probably the stupidest question, I can ever ask on here, but where is the ECU located in 4th gen....

I have searched high in low in my manuals, on the forums, and I cannot for the life of me, find any info on the location to where the ECU is....

Im assuming its under the big metal protective casing, that people would normally put thier feet on when sittin in the passanger side.

Ok next question, I know the vtec solenoid wire on the ecu is green with yellow stripe.... Now where is the actual vtec solenoid in the engine bay...

Thanks again.

That small small wire, that connect with one bolt to the side of the valve cover is the vtec solenoid??

Or is it on the other side.... that hunk of metal with the green and black plugs on it, that looks like a pump almost attached to the side of the head?

the "pump" that is connected to your head on the left side connected to the outmost side of the intake camshaft when facing the front of the engine...

and if that doesnt make sense, read it slowly because i almost confused myself. haha

now heres a question for everyone, my car was wired for vtec, found the vtec solenoid wire, but cant find my vtec pressure wire...any idea where it is?
