ECU and ACG questions

Hello,
can anyone tell me, where I can find the detailed description/picture of P13 ECU pins?

Adjustable Cam Gears- I read that +2/-2 solution is the best for VTEC Prelude. OK. What are the gains? Is it worth/safe to do it?
Thanks in advance
Tom

Get Helms/Service manual.

They are the same for all OBD1 hondas (civics, tegs, etc). There wasa post a few days ago about wiring an H22 swap with pin diagrams.
