D'oh!
Take the valve cover back off. Can you get a pair of vise grips on the exposed stud?

Jeez guys...

The studs are easy to replace. Take the valve cover off. Those studs are threaded into the block. Remove old stud, replace. All you need is either a 10 or 12mm wrench or deep socket. They're $4.60 + shipping + handling from here (parts 14 and 15): Honda Automotive Parts

There's 2 different lengths.

Also, I assume the part that broke off is still stuck in the nut, so you'll need a new nut obviously (#13): Honda Automotive Parts

Check your local Honda dealer, might be cheaper to get these locally.

lol awesome. I've never had to replace them, so never paid much attention. But knowing they're studs, I figured if nothing else he can unthread them with vise grips.
