I treated myself to an early Christmas this year and decided to buy a few parts for the Lude. AEM CAI, Venom Intake Manifold, Crower Stage 2 Cams, Crower Retainers and Dual Springs, Type-S Pistons and rings, AEM Cam Gears, DC Stainless Headers, High Flow Cat, Apex-i N1 exhaust, Clutchmasters Stage 3 Clutch, Hondata ECU (once install is done) Am I missing anything that should be done at this time? What should I expect to run in the 1/4 with my 93 Vtec. Thanks, Andrew

Holy crap! Good tax return? I would love to do this stuff! I would get the timing belt and water pump while yer' at it. (you probably thought of that already..)

I dunno, but the fastest NA 4th gen lude I ever saw was a high 13. (I'm sure more is possible, I just haven't seen one to tell you about..)
how bout a fluidyne or koyo, aluminum radiator... i think that this mod is way over looked and should be taken into more consideration for building up a better performing engine
Thanks guys, no, it isn't a tax return. I just have the money and I want to make my car as good as possible before I sell it. I am going to get the engine done and running perfect and then I am going to add 5% tint, WW Big Mouth Body Kit, JDM 1 Piece Black Headlights, Altezza's, 17in Konig Tantrums, Neuspeed Sport Springs and Milano Red Paint Job. Hopefully I can start to build my dream car by the end of the summer (Integra with B20, Type R head, cams, pistons etc.) I just hope I will like an Integra more than my Lude that is fully built. Any more suggestions?
Yeah, I have a question: why pump all this money into the Prelude when you are just going to turn around and sell it within 4 months?! Th re-sale value for modded cars is really low, you'd be lucky to get 50% of what you invest. The things you listed will probably cost a few thousand dollars. Why not just sell the Prelude as is and put all that money towards your dream car NOW?!

Preludes never seem to have many problems with overheating even with a lot of mods, so I don't think a radiator is necessary. Maybe a lower temp thermostat and fan switch would be nice, but not a radiator.
As far as the things you are getting, everything sounds good, but I dont know about the venom intake manifold - sheetmetal IM's like that are really better for boosted applications or maybe extreme n/a builds. As far as other mods at the same time, maybe P&P the head if you're not already planning on it.
