E Brake situation.

Ok my E brake is really acting weird in the morning the light will come on even though the E Brake is off, and stay on. During the day the light will only come on during fast acceleration but go off. Then in the evening times it comes on like in the mornings and will not go off. Could the problem be that the E brake needs to be tighten? If so, how?

it could also be your brake fluid, check to see if its topped off and dont forget to clean the cap before you put it back on.

That's exactly what it sounds like to me. The brake light will also come on if your fluid is low. DEFINATELY check it.
