wow, Crower wasn't lying!! Me likey, especially since you don't need a valvetrain upgrade. 15hp for $400 is not too shabby... anyone wanna buy my new rims
i've yet to get it dynoed, i shoulda gone at nopi though. I am just curious to see what an F22B dynos at as no one really knows. I'll get the H23A Stage 1 cams, but then again i dont want it to throw off my top end....
But, damn those are nice numbers. you're making the vtec'ers jealous here keep up the good work!!
holy crap! thats pretty damn good... so you were at mid 140's before the cams/header?
*EDIT: holy **** you went from 134 whp at 6500 rpms to 154 whp at 6500 rpms..
thats exactly where the h23 needs it most.. mine sucks past 5750 rpms lol
whoops i should of specified what mods i had in the old dyno graph
modification list:
*home-made CAI new
*magnaflo muffler
*IM heat sheild new
*egr block plate new
*bypass cold-start valve
*disconnected the vacuum hose leading to the IAB
*13 degree timing (D'OH)
*CROWER stage 1 cams new
*DC header new
btw, thanks for your comments, i really love the cams and the header ... i want to see what numbers i pull w/ a better ex. and some tunning, ofcourse ill let you guys know when i get it done.

i installed the camshafts first and then the header. with the cams i felt the 'lude pull to redline, instead of dying after 5500 rpms, but with the header i felt the engine pull harder. but yeah the header did make a difference in my case

do it guys .. after upgrading to my H22 .. i'd much rather have done up my h23 ..
theres no low end powe r.. though its nice to have vtec, i can't spend all day waiting til 5500rpm for power ...
i dont know whats wrong with your h22 or anyone elses who thinks their h23 has more low end, my h22 puts out far more torque and eats up my h23 and any othe h23 badly at any rpm...i think the stronger low end is a fairy tale...kinda like an urban legend...the proof is in dynos, and 1/4 times, hell look at 330 ft marks at the track on the 2 motors, theres a HUGE diff in times...but believe what you want too
