Ok, so your driver side seatbelt is stuck, and you cannot pull it out to buckle it? Honda seatbelts have a lifetime warranty (as long as none of the cloth belt is not cut). Just take it to the dealer and they will install a new belt. The belt will have to be ordered (and possibly made) which will take a few days.

Honda/Acura cares about your safety. Toyota/Lexus also offers a lifetime warranty on seatbelts (as long as the belts are not cut).

That's insane! What if I had a 60's car or something?

My belt has no obvious damage... just stuck since I got it.

Anything else covered forever before I fix it? lol

He's right, I work at the dealer, I'm about to do mine because it's slow to retract, even gonna get paid to do it on my own car. Doesn't matter what car or how old, check all 4 and make sure none of the others need replacing.

Bob Lindsay Honda in Peoria, IL has replaced BOTH fronts in my 2000 Type SH, AND both fronts in my 2000 Civic EX for free! (because they both were slow to retract). They also had to replace the new passenger one in my Prelude because it was locked like the op's driver one is.

Just got back from the dealership! They checked the car out and 20 minutes later I had an appointment for two days from now to replace it free of charge!
