driver side seat back rest doesnt lock

I was rear ended before and my driver seat was forced backwards. The teeth of the recliner (back rest), that is used to mechanically lock the back rest in an angle, is tared or damaged. The recliner was able to handle the weight of an average leaning adult for awhile until two days ago. So anyways, I am getting frustrated of driving my car not being able to lean back since every acceleration or bump of the road will recline my chair backwards-- imagine that feeling of falling backwards at any given moment.

So i figured instead of replacing the whole seat (the chair itself is really hard to find, and part(s) might save me some bucks), I was wondering if i could just replace a certain component to fix the recliner lock mechanism. Here's the illustration i found while researching: http://yourhondaparts.com/schematics/4/4425245.gif
I cant really tell if there's a part that i could replace to fix it.

I do have other alternatives too:
1) buy JDM seats which are the only available one on E-bay (which would be the passenger seat for my side)
2) buy cheap aftermarket seats (suggest some if you have it installed in your car with minimal effort)
3) wedge a wooden block in the backseat... not elegant but it might work.. but its gonna kill me when i get in to a collision.. -_-

Please do feel free to give me suggestions.

uhm, fat chance in hell but honda replaces seatbelt components for free. Try getting them to replace it. I had a seatbelt handle replaced for free as they said they could get away replacing it under safety seatbelt equipment (seatbelts don't work if the seat doesn't). GL.
