the holes on the rotors look kinda wierd, like the entry into the hole isnt a 90 degree angle, but more sloped

What's so weird about it? REAL cast drilled/slotted Brembos look like that.

does the shape of the hole indicate whether they were drilled or molded into the rotor?

my opinion is if its sold by a company for cheap (not people selling thier used parts) it is a 95% chance i wont buy it

Yeah I agree. I would just get quality blanks and get it slotted. For street applications, there's not need for drilled.
