dreaming of the day...

when i have some money, to do what i want with my car...

what is it that i want to do...? well i have a 92si with 74,xxx miles on it... next summer its going to be tires, rims, rs kit and paint... then next summer, i want jdm h22, if i can get the swap kit for around 2500, u guys think a shop would do the swap and keep the old engine and tranny as payment? (its in excellent condition, just needs timing belt soon) and one big thing im worried about is that mine is an automatic... is this basically going to ruin my chance for a swap? maybe i should just find another lude... but their SOOO rare around here, took me forever to find mine, not to mention all the wrench time ive put into her... well i have plenty of time to think about it...

92si with 74,000miles? That's good. I wish my miles were that low. I have a 93si w/ 107,000miles. Anyway good luck with your mods

a 92 with 74,xxx miles is amazing
I doubt a shop would keep the engine as payment, maybe the place where you bought your h22 would give you some money for it, or you could sell it to a junk yard
as for the tranny, usually engine swaps come with the needed transmission, u can swap from a auto to a stick
