A while ago my door and rear quarter panel got messed up pretty bad by a truck that hit me and fled. Well over spring break I finally decided to start fixing my car. I was able to get a JDM door for 150 dollars. The fit is fine but I am running into problems hooking things back up.
My biggest problem is with the window motor. The USDM plug is four pin in while the JDM plug is only two pin. Many of the other items seem to be the same as well. One of my first questions is if anyone knows if the USDM passenger side window motor has two or four pins? I don't know why passenger or drivers side should be different for the motor but then again I don't why it isn't the same part on the JDM door. I know the JDM door is a passenger door so I am just trying to see if thats why so many things are different. The main things I need to get working is the window motor so I can roll it up and make my car secure.

That is the original harness. The motor which is inside the door is different.
Preludatic, I think you are probably right about it being an auto feature. I thinkg I am going to try to wire it and see if I can just get it to go up and down. Can anyone verify that the passenger side door on USDM preludes only has a two wire harness for the window motor?
for realz, use the motor and every thing electrical off the old driver side door .. it'll bug you in the future when somebody is bragging about auto-down .. and you'll be all ... "meeeemories..."

Well I got the window working but of course auto-down is not working. Auto-down is worthless anyway since when I use it I roll down the other side as well and I have to hold down that button. I think I do have to change the window to my old one though so I might just change the motor when I do that. This window appears to be a light amber tint. I am pretty sure USDM cars only came in blue and green tint and my car is blue.
Brendan, you've got the red-panda look going on...drifter style, baby! Did you & Justin get home alright last night?

Yeah and I made good time back to Palmdale. Justin replaced his axle yesterday so his car is working again. I was looking at the air deflector thing when I was working on the wiring and I noticed prelude written on it like the emblem is. I took it off and its a honda oem piece.

I'm guessing it's Honda Access stuff.
