Door Panel Repair

I was wondering if I could get some advice on how to repair a small tear in the leather on my door panel. There is a small tear in the panel that I feel the right adhesive would repair. I have tried super glue, but that didn't end up holding very well.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

My door is all torn up right there I wonder if upholstery glue would work well. If I had the time to mess around with it thats what id try.

I think I may have found a solution. I was looking around at Advanced Auto, and I found Permatex Vinyl repair and sealant:

http://www.permatex.com/products/Aut...Repair_Kit.htm

I applied a light coating of it, and let it dry for a few hours. So far so good. It seems to be holding much better than the crazy glue that I applied previously, and worth the $4 that I spent on it.

I just ripped the piece off and painted the spot black. You can't even tell it's painted unless you really look
