Are there any door handles WITHOUT the keyhole that'll fit our cars? Im thinking maybe Accord 4 door because we share some similiar parts.

i know this doesnt answer your question at all, but you could always just shave the keyholes out of your stock doorhandles and have them repainted, seems like it'd be simpler

either way it would seem to be the same price, b ecause you would have to repaint the handles anyway, might as well shave it make yours fit
