ok so i've been looking on helminc or whatever and they always say the helms manual will be available like a week or two later, and to put your email address down and i never get any email about any helms manual, i also check ebay not regularly but i've never seen a helms manual up there so does ANYONE know where i can get a helms manual for a 1995 prelude vtec with the h22a1?

You could try contacting a Honda dealer, I know some people have said they bought their manuals from a dealership. I don't know of anywhere else that sells the manuals, I believe they have always just sold direct to the public.
