They don't directly place a brand on the chips they sell. They have a drawing of a chip that says Spoon on it and some writing then on the bottom they have "Mugen" photoshopped or taped onto another chip.

I think they just reprogrammed some chips on their own or acquired them from some 3rd party (other than Spoon or Mugen) and started selling them on their own.

They're probably just copies of the Mugen or Spoon chips
