Does anybody have a black cloth center console that they want to sell for a reasonable price. Has to be in good condition to match my interior. No fade, tears, burns, etc. This is the center console that is added to the 92-93 handbreak housing in the front. It's not the large one in the back. THanks.

There isn't a cloth part of the console in a '93, there's a plastic piece that starts behind the gear shift and ends right behind the e-brake, and a little leather padded thing in the backseat.

The '92 has one long continuous console, identical to the '93 in the front half, but it has that large box attached right behind the ebrake.

Do you mean the 94-96 console? That one has a small box with a cloth-covered lid and a pair of cupholders, and ends shortly after the back of the e-brake.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I want the 94-96 one. The center console just screws ontop of the ebrake. Does anyone have one? Must be black.

Not sure what year you've got, but just to make sure you know, the 94-96 console will NOT fit in the 92-93 cars unless you move your ebrake handle.

Actually, your wrong, the 93 does have a center console with cupholders in it. And it is cloth. This mite be only for the VTEC models in 93, but both my friend and I have a 93 and we both have a cloth center console with cupholders in them. And no, its not that long black one found on the 92 that looks really nasty. And no it is not a 94-96 or else i would have the ebrake that is placed all funky.

Wow, that's news to me. I shoulda put one of those in my '93 instead of the '92 box. Oh well, no such thing as too much storage space.

which one are you talking about. Do you have any pics?

I have a 93 vtec and I do not have the center console that I am searching for in the front. My brother has one that's why i'm looking for one. The thing is his car has alot of non 92 parts. After search various junk yards and them giving me the WTF u talking about look, I come to the conclusion that the center console he has is probably not a prelude part. I could be wrong but I want that damn thing!

I'm with you debo, I looked through every single setup pic for the '93 VTEC (hondaprelude.com) and couldn't find another prelude with a console there (granted there weren't many good interior pics, but there were enough that it should have shown up if it were in all vtecs). I dunno where those mysterious things came from, maybe a dealer option, who knows. Get a '92 console, the box rocks

Do you have any pic of your brother's interior cause the specs above is all I know about the consoles in the 4th gen prelude
