I like them on a chevy.

I don't like them for the lude. I think it takes away from the lines of a well scripted car.

Very well said. Although, they do serve a purpose in the rain, especially for smokers.

If you crack the windows just a little bit it really gets the air circulating. If you crack your window in the lude and pop the top it will allow twice the circulation as you would get with the extra window vent.

I have noticed this on a couple of occasions. Smoking a cigarette, starts to rain... I think Im cool because I have the window only a tad cracked, but then a little waterfall starts coming from the roof onto the inside of my door.

Still, I would rather put out the cigarette and close the window than have the visor.

I so hate this little problem. I live in a rainforest.

You guys just wouldn't understand. If you were addicted, then you'd realize why we smoke. It's comforting, plus it gives you something to do with your hands.

Also, I smoke in my prelude, but I never use the ash tray, and I clean the windows on a regular basis so no film collects on them. My car's still clean even though I smoke in it.

To be quite honest with you guys....i looked at the pic before I read the original post and i didnt really notice them at all. They kinda blended in. As far as smoking when its raining, they do help. I just crack the window and the sunroof and i just let it go when the water starts coming in. There is one way u can prevent the water from coming it....make sure the widsheild wipers arent wiping huge amounts of water off all at once (ie, never use the intermiten wipers) This kinda doesnt work when it pours or the rain is falling in a good amount or if ur going over 40 . I'm trying to quit (again) so hopefully i can put the cigs and that problem behind me. Smokin is bad for you. I'm gonna go have a cigarette now...peace out cub scout. (OOOOO one more and i break into triple digits )
