I have an internal mounted coil in my dizzy but all the auto parts stores around here say that my h22a1 should have an external mounted dizzy. how do I get the cap and rotor I need?

An easy...easy bet is to look on Ebay. I'm not sure but I'm guessing yours is JDM? My jdm came with an internal, but I used my old external. But believe it or not there are some really cool caps online for the internal coils, that aren't ridiculously expensive. Try places like RockAuto, or InLineFour. Inlinefour has some crazy deals sometimes for OEM honda parts.

If you for some reason CAN'T buy online, then do you have any tuner shops near you? Or mechanics as a last resort? Tuner shops can find you almost anything you'd ever need...
