the seats i beleive , the bottom of the back seats, have little plastic tabs that pull out and release a couple pieces that go down into the seat, then it lifts up... push down on it if the plastic tabs wont pull (pull them straight out towards you).
Then theres a couple of bolts holding the backs of the seats, remove those and i think the seats lift off from the rear deck, and that i beleive would explose all the other bolts and screws holding in the center console ...

I have a 92 though so ... could be a bit diff for you.

^^ He's correct. If you search, you may find pics. The plastic piece that's in between the seats just snaps off at the top, pull hard.

You shouldnt need to remove the pass. side rear seat. Just fold down the seatback, and pull on the black plastic trim around the pass-through hole to pop it out. You will need to remove the driver side seat bottom and seat back, which yohan described above.

These might help a little bit... in the second picture you can see the tab that has to be pulled to release the seat bottom and the seat back is also removed...

the center piece with the pocket has a bolt on either side and the plastic piece pulls out like they said, takes a lot of force, so be careful.

haha, that was before i went on to remove the other seat back, center piece and door panels... and that was ohhhh 2 months ago i guess? its still stripped right now. 2 front seats is all thats in. i've grown used to it and am gonna hate putting the interior back in, haha.

My rear windshield leaks and it would soak the carpet everytime it rained so i pulled it out. Been too busy to get it fixed so its just stayed out. I'm fixing it this weekend and should have the interior back in next week.

I took the liberty of reupholstering my panels while they were out too

If memory serves, the sub/amp bracket is held in place by 4 bolts. The nuts for these bolts should already be tack welded in place from the factory (they were on my 92 S).
