Directions for installing new cams?

I am looking to replace my warped h23 cams with another used set. Does anyone have directions to do this? Can i do it myself or is there a big timing issue?

Also, whatelse needs to be done when I change them? I need full instructions

Joon just did a writeup in the general forum for doing cams and timing belt. you can use that as a basic guide for pics and then download the helms off of the icelord.net site. If you search for helms in the 4th gen forum there should be a topic started by euforik I think and the link is in there

how did they get warped?
