Difference in JDM tail lights?

There's a pair of tail lights on eBay that claim to be JDM. Is there any difference between those and USDM tail lights? Like a slightly darker plastic shell? They have reflectors in them too.

They will just bolt up like USDM ones right? No mod needed?

Thanks!

from what i saw there is NO difference, someone just said they're JDM to get more views...

they might be off a RHD lude, but there isn't a difference in the specs

when I cleared my tail lights I bought a set from a JDM front clip importer and they looked identical. Although in a sense I have a BB4 JDM tails in my car
