Difference between auto and manual ECU?

I ask because I have JDM H22A inside of my civic EX coupe, but I found out that I'm running the auto ecu? Would this hurt my performance??? I've been getting slow numbers and wondering if this is the source of the problem.. the reason I have an auto ECU is because my engine is auto h22a, but mated to a manual m2f4 tranny (2.2 vtec tranny) Do the auto and manual have different fuel maps, timing, etc etc??

here's some pics if you want to check it out.

That is your problem, you need to get a manual ECU

Hey,
That is your problem, but I know how hard p13 are to find. If you take it to a race shop, they should be able to convert it for you. I bought a p28, and the buyer lied to me and said it was manual. So I had a Auto p28 I had PYR fix make it a manual ECU. He charged me 20 bucks. I would not advise trying it yourself. Only let a knowledgable person inside te ECU, or else you might end up with a broken ecu
