Did timing belt and removed balancer belt on H23

Finished the timing belt change, did it all by myself.

I also removed the balancer belt. Since it was already late outside, I didn't take the car for a long spin. It was really impressive how much quicker the engine was reving. During a short drive I could really notice a much increase in power.

While sitting inside the car with the engine running, you could really feel like there is something different about it. There was ever so slight high frequency vibration that can be felt in the gas pedal. It made the car feel like a true sports car. If you pay attention you might feel the vibrations, but it's so subtle that I don't think anybody would notice. I feel like balancer shaft are not necessary. I'm very satisfied for removing them and feel like I havn't lost anything but actually gained something.

With my Balancer shafts removed, my car at idle it sounds a bit like there is some guy pumping the bass somewhere nearby. I'm always looking around for that guy with his stereo turned up..

I just noticed that too. It does sound more bassy. Also it seems like the engine is slightly louder then what it was before.

I've noticed that the alternator/ac belt is slipping even after what I thought I had it tight. Does it have to be really tight or is the belt not good anymore?

The alternator belt is still slipping, even after I got it really tight?!

When I installed the crank pully I've noticed that it didn't go all the way in (the inner part that slides into the crank wasn't lined up with the crank).
I don't remember how it was when taking it off, but is this how it should be?

removing that belt has great effects on engine harmonics, so it will be more likely to run into problems as a result

In other threads it has been said that the balance shafts only purpose is to lessen engine vibrations for passenger comfort.

It has nothing to do with harmonics, it's vibrations that are the result. If the s2000 2.2 liter engine can rev to 8.5k rpm without the balancers then I think h23 can handle it.
