I have been looking through my factory manual in the SRS section and I don't see any codes anything like 101 for the SRS system.
Is the SRS light not coming on at all, or does it stay on constantly? If the SRS light comes on in combination with a failure of another electrical system (brake system light, check engine light, etc) there could be some damage or corrosion at the under-dash fuse connector, or there may be a short in the system.
