Denso Iridium spark plugs........review

So I"m in the proccess of giving my car a tune up in prep for installing my MSD. I had the chance to pick up some Denso plugs at the same price I would have paid for 4 pronged platinum plugs so I did.

Does the car idle smoother? yes but it could also be the new 8.5mm plug wires helping spark

did it give me any HP? not that I noticed. I mean the car was sluggish but I needed a tune up anyway and I'm sure copper plugs would feel the same.

end result if you had to drop $50 on them would you buy them again? naw save your cash you aint gonna see any 500hp gains from this mod.

PS I am gettin pretty good gas milage now. AVG about 25mpg when I used to avg 23mpg

the slight gains that the magazines show with the denso iridiums are usually forced induction cars anways. i had a feeling they wouldn't do squat for our cars.

The stock NGK plugs are the best in my opinion.

BTW, NGK makes an iridium plug now. They have replaced the VX series platinum plug with an iridium plug. Haven't heard any reviews about them yet though.
